【入居費用：¥ 82,500】

内訳：(賃料 ¥65,000 ÷ 2) = ¥32,500 + デポジット ¥50,000

◎ 入居期間が半年未満あるいは銀行振込の場合

内訳：賃料 ¥65,000 + デポジット ¥50,000
